Hi, if I were you, I would have a plastic surgery in US or in Western Europe (depending on where you live).
The only places I would recommend you for a plastic surgery outisde your country is to go to Brazil or Bolivia because in Brazil you can find the best plastic surgeons in the world and in Bolivia the most of plastic surgeons have graduate from the best university of Brazil or USA.
Bolivia is cheaper than Brazil but if you go to Bolivia, try to choose a plastic surgeon graduate from Brazil because in Brazil, plastic surgeons have very special techniques for plastic surgery that even the best surgeons in the USA or Europe don't have. The most important plastic surgery congress are in Brazil because it is there where there is the latest developments in medical research.
If you really want to go there, you should consider in Bolivia (MakeoverTravel) or in Brazil (Cosmeticvacation). These are the best medical services companies based in Bolivia and Brazil.
I read an article in a flight to Miami concerning both agencies and I am considering a trip in one of these agencies.
