Can anyone help please? I'm in the process of divorcing my Turkish husband, and we have four properties in the Bodrum area, all of them in my husband's name, although they were purchased jointly. I understand from my solicitor in the UK that I need copies of the tapu's relating to the properties, so that I can proceed to some form of financial settlement for me and children. I'm hoping to instruct a reliable (and hopefully English speaking, though I do speak some Turkish) avukat to obtain these copy tapu's for me.

Any recommendations please?

Jane

Hi,
The best "avukat" I know in Bodrum is Att. Sarp Adiyaman in the center. He speaks English and French; he's very professional and expert in Tapu stuff.
