I'll take Turkish lessons from the month of December on and I am looking for an apartment near Taksim. I have no idea what the neighborhoods are in which I should look for an apartment (Beyoglu, Basiktas??).
I have already visited Real Estate sites on the Internet ( I was quite confused about the prices shown, is it possible that they sometimes "forget" a zero when the prices are displayed in Turkish Lyra??).
Do you know any real estate agencies that are competent and honest? In fact, I have read on another forum that it was essential bargain price .. :/ What is the price of a furnishad 35m² flat in a comfortable neighborhood?
Do I need the presence of my parents (guarantor)?
If you have other suggestions, tips, I would be grateful !!!!
(I'm looking for a studio, F2 or other, possibly with internet, possibly with sea view) Also, if there are places that are spooky at night, let me know. I am a girl, not anxious (and therefore not very careful) and I want to be able to return alone at night ..
