Hello!
I'll be moving to Istanbul to study Turkish at the end of February. I've decided upon Kadikoy as my neighborhood of choice. 29-yr old American. Need wireless connection, I work from home; prefer to live with Turkish roommates (to practice Turkish; I'm also an experienced English teacher so I'll be doing language trades).
Looking for tips on how to find accommodation (over the internet). I know it's much easier once you're actually in Istanbul, so I might consider just finding a short-term living situation online and then finding a better place. Any tips on that would be great as well (week-long stays?)
Thank you!
- Brian
