I arrived in Istanbul one month ago. I am a 21 year old Canadian Female. I am currently living on the European side and am looking for some like minded expat friends who'd like to meet up for coffee, chats, sightseeing adventures etc. Though, I am currently attending university for photo journalism, I will be teaching here in Istanbul for a minimum of one year but, as I have fallen head over heels for this city already, I have a feeling I may be staying for much longer! School can wait. My interests include photography, reading, writing, drawing, and music. I am a book fanatic and always have something on the go. I love talking about books, politics, life, philosophy, and well, pretty much anything. If you are a like minded person, I would love to hear back!

P.S, I am also looking for someone to swap books with as, English books are quite expensive in this city and good used books are hard to come by. Though, I have no problem spending my days sifting through used book stores, ha.
