Hello Expats/Locals,

We just purchased an apartment near Konya Yolu (Mevlana Bulvari). 3-4 km to my university, METU. If you look at Google Map, it is at Cevizlidere Mh., intersection of Cevizlidere Cd. and 1222. Cd. I have a car, so I know it is very convenient for me to go METU from that location. I also know that bus/dolmus stops are close to the apartment. It will be around 10-15 minutes to reach city center.

The apartment is spacious. 3 rooms + 1 living room. It has two restrooms. I think net space is 150+ m2. Right now, it is empty but I am trying to arrange everything such as new furniture + new refrigerator + washing machine + owen + bed sets + living room sets + dining room sets + TV + others.

I work at METU, Economics Dept. as an assistant professor of Economics. I am looking for professional/student male room mate. It does not matter whether you are graduate or undergraduate as long as you are clean and smoke only in balcony. (I also use balcony)

I normally live with parents but I want to start enjoying some freedom while giving up the comfort of family home. I will probably stay in apartment less than half of the year since I travel most of the time.

Rent is 400 TL + utilities.
