Ive been here for over a year now and I want to find somewhere to buy Irn-Bru sooooooooooooo much!! I am in the balıkesir region, doubt I can find it here but maybe you know of somewhere in Istanbul as I go often??

Its really nice here and the people are very friendly...although if u go to a non-tourist area you might get a wee bit tired of people watching you haha! Most people can speak some level of english which is great. I have to say you should try the west of the country first as it is more advanced and a bit more like what you would have been used to

I tried teaching in a private school and I have to say it was not for me even though I had already done 3 training courses before! I did however make some nice friends. Not sure what I will do now

What area are you moving to? What are you planning on doing? Do you have friends here?
