It is such a nice and interesting stuff. Definitely I agree that Yoga is the best activity for any field. Due to the Yoga person can constantly concentrate to their work and fresh towards their work in whole day. I am also glad to know that due to the yoga it is beneficial for the sports to increase the spirit and self confidence.

Once I read a book wrıtten by a buddhıst nun - she wrote the aım of lıfe ıs understandıng who you are. At that tıme I could not understand what she meant - as of course I knew who I was !

But yoga teaches not to mıx your thoughts, your Ego and your True you :P It ıs more self understandıng than fıtness....

Yap Yoga is much helpful in all the aspects and have the better one impact on the body language and also have some spiritual effects... The person's doing Yoga have the slim and smart body figure...

Very informative stuff. I agree with you. Yoga is best activity for living healthy and active.Yoga is very helpful to make slim body and also helps to stay away from stress.
