hey thanks buddy for for taking time out and writing about the most sensitive and beautiful organ of ours...well i have lost its beauty already as my eyesight got weak a few years back but now i would like to know whether sitting on computer for long hours affect our eyes too? can u suggest anything to wear or use to avoid constant strees i feel in my eyes as my nature of job is such that i cant avoid exposure to computer screen and it is showing up dark circles around my eyes... please give me a tip to avoid them!

Give your eyes a rest. If you spend a lot of time at the computer or focusing on any one thing, you sometimes forget to blink and your eyes can get fatigued. Try the 20-20-20 rule: Every 20 minutes, look away about 20 feet in front of you for 20 seconds. This can help reduce eyestrain.
