no problems kisela, just know that applications will be over in a few days. so you must apply immediately. also they have said if you don't have a residence permit, they can not give a certificate from government when you complete the course (because it is a government institute). my friend went to http://www.bogazicisaglik.com.tr/ for nose job and paid 2500 tl (about 1000 euros) for everything. An experienced highly qualified professor performed the operation. she was happy about the result. The Bogacici hospital is in Besiktas, across Yildiz Teknik University.

To learn Turkish the best place I found is Kadikoy Halk Eğitim Merkezi (Adult Education Center). It is a course of Turkish Minsitry of Education. Turkish course price is total 200 lira for 5 months. That means 40 lira a month!! Every week 6 hours lessons. The other courses are like 500 lira for 2 mo...
