I'm planning a trip to NZ/Australia and, as I'm currently living in Turkey, would rather fly from Istanbul than go back to the UK to start. I would usually use Austravel or Trailfinders for this, but think they only do UK-originating flights. Can anyone recommend an experienced and reliable travel agent in Turkey who can price a round-the-world or multi-stop flight combination for me, please?

You can get various options on internet, if you will search in local market.
