You may travel to Bosnia there is no legal restriction but all foreigner nationals are required to register with the local police within 48 hours of their arrival, as for the Britishers do not need visa but they need to hold a valid passport that is valid for atleast 90 days. There maybe attacks or voilence in big gathering, which is unlikely but still possible. as for poickpocketing, that i scommon. Also there have been thefts reported from locked train compartments so you should be carefull about your own belongings.
Thanks Gerry:) Its surely risky travelling there, one goes for recreation and relaxing, i doubt many tourists would head that way with constant terror at back of their minds. Bosnia, regardless of being a beautiful Tourist destination has no doubt seen a drastic downturn which may never be recovered to its original state again:(
