Hi I need to make a trip to Istanbul from UK with my caravan, I would like to avoid Serbia and Bulgaria, sorry guys, I just need to make it hassle free and I am on a time limit. but still on a budget too. I would be sleeping in the caravan en route.

1) how safe is it to sleep in the caravan?
2) do I need to go to a campsite?
3) do I need any kind of permit or id other than normal Passport and Insurance documents?
4) anything else?

Can you help me please with some advice, as most searches on the internet is giving me information which is 3/4 years old.

My idea is UK to Italy, then to Greece by Ferry then the new road round to Istanbul

Help and advice is most gratefully appreciated
Catrina

Frankly speaking I have never visited Istanbul, but I have heard it’s really beautiful, so I am definitely planning to give it a visit, I just ask few experts regarding this and I found best tips on travelholidayblog.com, so I will suggest you to check here, I am sure you will find a lot of help there.
